In 2024, Argentina’s far-right President Javier Milei launched an economical overhaul that slashed nationalist spending, gutted authorities institutions and triggered monolithic protests.

The authorities dubbed it “chainsaw economics”. Critics accidental it’s deepening poorness and pushing the state into chaos, portion Milei continues to marque headlines for bizarre behaviour, including claims helium takes governmental proposal from his dormant dog’s clones.
