Japan's exports fell little than expected successful August, though extending their contraction for a 4th consecutive month.

Japanese shipments fell 0.1% twelvemonth connected year, compared to a 2.6% autumn successful July. This was overmuch softer than the 1.9% contraction expected by economists polled by Reuters.
