The Denver Nuggets won the Golden State Warriors' overtime game against Oklahoma City and now lead the Western Conference semifinals 2-1.

Nikola Jokić didn't look like himself, especially when it came to shooting. He shot just 8 of 25 from the field, finishing with 20 points, 16 rebounds, six assists and seven turnovers. He made 0 of 10 three-pointers.

"I was the worst player on the court, but we won the game. That's the most important thing!", Jokić said of his team's big win.

The Serb admitted that nothing went according to plan.

"I was frustrated. A few balls went out of the basket, a few times I was completely alone. It happens, I tried to be useful to the team in other ways."

He gave his best, but sometimes things don't go the way you imagine.

Nikola Jokic talks about Thunder's defense

When asked what was bothering him on the Thunder's defense, the three-time NBA MVP didn't have a precise answer.

"Their hands are always on my body. They're always in contact, doubling me, blocking the passing lane. It's clear they're doing something right, and I've got to figure out what it is and find a solution."

Denver could have won in the regular part, but Jokić missed a three-pointer from the corner. However, in overtime, the Nuggets shined.a

"It was a real team game. Aaron Gordon hit an important shot, Murray was great the whole match, Porter made a three-pointer. However, I think the key to success was defense," he concluded.

The famous basketball player is aware that he will have to change something in the game, but despite everything, nobody will blame Nikola. He is such an important figure in his team that even a major crisis would be forgiven. The Serbian basketball player is motivated to help the team in the rest of the season and achieve great success.

His team has the potential to do a lot going forward.
