Minnesota showed signs of life in last night's match.

Minnesota convincingly won the third game against Oklahoma in the finals of the Western Conference of the NBA League and reduced the score in the series to 2:1. In the end, the Wolves won 143:101.

Everything in this match was practically decided already in the first quarter. The home team started violently and won the first quarter with a score of 34:14.

They didn't stop there. They continued in the same rhythm in the second 12 minutes and at halftime they had an unattainable 31 difference 72:41.

The second half was practically played for order. The main players were replaced already at the end of the third part. Interestingly, Minnesota was better in all four quarters and scored at least 34 points in each.

Anthony Edwards was the most efficient with 30 points (12/17 field goal shooting) with nine rebounds and six assists in less than 30 minutes. Julius Randle stopped at 24, while the reserve stopped at 15.

Chris Finch on Edwards: He knew that we needed that ... . It was really, really good

Head coach Chris Finch praised his team's performance, noting that Edwards' leadership was key to his team's victory. He is aware of how much a player like Edwards means to this team.

"That's what we need him to do, and when he does it, it takes us to another level. I thought that's what was really big in the first quarter. He got a couple of those steals. He was all over the place. He knew that we needed that ... . It was really, really good." - he said, as quoted by Talk Sport.

In the ranks of Oklahoma, MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander did not have his night. He had just 14 points while hitting just four field goals in 13 attempts. The reserve player Ajay Mitchell had the same scoring performance.

The next match will be played on the night between Monday and Tuesday, also in Minneapolis.
