Syrian army, SDF start implementing ceasefire despite clashes

Despite immoderate reported clashes, the Syrian service and the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) are implementing their caller ceasefire agreement. The SDF is expected to integrate its fighters into the Syrian service and spot nationalist infrastructure and services nether national authorities control.
