White House economical advisor Kevin Hassett called Friday's caller jobs study number "a small spot disappointing," but added, "I expect it's going to revise up."
Hassett's comments connected CNBC's "Squawk connected the Street" came soon aft the Bureau of Labor Statistics reported that nonfarm payrolls roseate by lone 22,000 successful August.
That is little than one-third of the 75,000 caller jobs expected by economists who were surveyed by Dow Jones up of the report.
